He was born in 1964 in Tarnów. He studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow in the studio of Prof. Irena Popiołek and Prof. Aleksandra Pieńka. He works in drawing, painting, and sculpture and is involved in paratheatrical activities and performances.
A teacher with several years of experience. He has worked at various levels of education in multiple forms. He has worked in both primary and middle school and high school. He was a lecturer at the Pedagogical Academy in Krakow. Together with Elżbieta and Witold Pazera, he ran an art studio at the Tarnów Cultural Centre (TCK). He organised their open-air workshops, seminars, lectures and workshops in cooperation with InSEA (International Association for Education through Art) Polish Committee in Łódź and the Teacher Training Centre in Tarnów, e.g. Art in the Educational Process. At the TCK, he established the APRAPLA visual theatre, which presented its productions at various festivals, e.g. the Festival of Visual and Theatrical Activities in Tczew and the TALIA Comedy Festival in Tarnów, as well as the Small Art Forms Festival in Nowy Sącz and the Gizella Days city festival as part of the Veszprém-Balaton 2023 European Capital of Culture. He has worked at the Jan Szczepanik General and Technical Education School Complex in Tarnów, teaching painting and drawing. He was a lecturer on a postgraduate course on 'Art' held by the MCDN. He has been commissioner of art exhibitions on many occasions. He has had many solo and collective exhibitions at home and abroad. Until 2015, he served as vice president of the Association of Polish Artists – Tarnów District.
He is the author of monuments to Jan Szczepanik, the Polish Edison, Andrzej Małkowski, the founder of scouting in Poland, and Hetman Jan Tarnowski, located in the centre of Tarnów. He has made many medals, statuettes, and commemorative plaques for various institutions. He has participated in many solo and collective exhibitions at home and abroad.
